Tony Hart started his career in the Electricity Supply Industry in the late ‘70s working for Yorkshire and Eastern Electricity Boards, before switching for 30+ years to the IT, telecoms and media technology industry. He worked for major US corporates, Digital Equipment (DEC), Intel and Cisco, and UK-based media technology companies and start-ups, including a number of start-ups in the smart metering and Internet of Things (IoT) technology sector.
Tony has helped commercialise IP from public and private sector research establishments and worked to build a dynamic innovation ecosystem within Oxfordshire, linking universities, enterprises, SMEs and start-ups across multiple industry sectors. He also mentors MBA students at Saïd Business School, Oxford University, and works with technology innovators in Oxford, Cambridge and London. He has an MA in Engineering & Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from Henley Management College.

Chen Chun has more than 20 years of solution experience in the Smart Metering/Smart Grid sector with more than 7 years of management experience within R&D and 2 years consultation experience. She has experience in managing international multi-site R&D development programmes through the full development lifecycle. She has been responsible for setting out Company technology strategy and best practice.
She has been responsible for helping Company participating in various industry standard/specification definition including COSEM (Companion Specification for Energy Metering – international), IDIS (Interoperable Device Interface Specification – Europe), SSWG (The Smart Specification Working Group -UK), GBCS, SMETS, DUIS and MMC. She was a member of the GBCS working group and helping her client review the DUIS/MMC for UK SMETS2 rollout. She has helped her client with SMETS2 rollout 1.2/1.3 releases and CPA process.
Head of Operations
Ravinder has over 20 years of experience in managing a broad range of projects working for a variety of world-class companies in the Electronics, Technology, and Media sectors. She has delivered multiple project successfully with working knowledge of Prince II with particular emphasis on product development from inception stage to field deployment including building global strategic relationships with suppliers and partners streamlining supply chain and manufacturing operations offshore.
Prior to joining Holley Technology UK, Ravinder was Head of Operations at Fitbug Plc, a well-being company offering online and app-based lifestyle coaching programme with wearable trackers. Ravinder has a BA in English from Delhi University and a Diploma in Industrial Electronics and Business Studies from Langley college of Thames Valley University and is a member of CIPS institute .

Dale joined Holley in 2010 and currently serves as Director of the of Overseas Department and the Technical Product Manager of the UK project. She oversees about 200 R&D engineers in China to design and execute all overseas export products. Under her leadership, the R&D department has successfully completed Smart Metering projects in more than 20 countries, including United Stated, Germany, Poland, Thailand and Russia. She has good knowledge of Project management with experience of full system development life-cycle and software testing across electricity industry. A highly skilled electronic engineer practitioner with good hands-on experience of agile and waterfall methodologies implemented on complex integration projects.
Dale holds a master of Engineering awarded by Zhejiang University. She has an experience and through software design and test engineer/manager with abundant design skills of embedded systems, integrated product development, AMI data communication interfaces and protocols, experience of product testing, approval processes and good communication skills at all levels.
